Consistent use of the Apollo device is key, with the recommendation of at least 3 hours of daily use, both day and night, 5 days per week. When first starting out, users should begin with a low vibration intensity and gradually increase as they become accustomed to the sensations. The Apollo wearable is designed to support users throughout the day, with the battery typically lasting 2-3 days or 6-8 hours of use before needing to be recharged.

For an enhanced experience, users can subscribe to the optional SmartVibes premium membership, which personalizes the Apollo Vibes to play throughout the day based on the user's sleep quality and energy/stress levels. While the SmartVibes feature provides a tailored experience, most Apollo features can be enjoyed without the subscription.
